Over-thinking, under-sleeping, talking to software

Hi. I am Chris, and this website is the inside of my head with the lights left on. I spend my days building things with AI, writing stories that probably should not be shown to children, and listening to music that makes the neighbours nervous.

I love old horror movies for the same reason I love old software: they work with almost nothing and still manage to make you check behind the door. The Asylum Lab is where I keep all of it: the experiments, the fiction, the soundtrack and the movie arguments.

I am told one in four of us has something going on upstairs. I have thought about my three best friends and I am sorry to report it is me. That is fine. Pull up a chair in the Day Room.

Doctor's note

Patient is cheerful, mostly harmless and highly caffeinated. Recommend continued access to a keyboard, a good amplifier and a very old projector. Do not remove the cat.
